Hmm does it show edit history? To answer my own question, I'm afraid it doesn't.

  No, It same as edit feature in noise.cash however you can edit the images (add/remove) here.

    Yeah l tried. But because l didn't wait 10 minutes before l edited my comment, the pencil icon didn't appear. My first comment was totally different.
