Here's Wang Kui's (smartBCH's Lead Developer) message about the smartBCH Update. "Hi, Guys, Sorry for the recent absence. We were quite busy before the Chinese new year. We've get a 0.4.0 version of smartBCH and will soon upgrade the Amber testnet with it. This version will fix the fee bug, support archive mode and coin-voting of validators.It also added a voting scheme for the validators to decide gas price. When the Amber testnet is upgraded successfully, we'll upgrade the smartBCH mainnet. With coin-voting function, we can have more validators, which will vote for the gas price.
