Art of the Day: Chirpy the Phoenix How long has it been since my last post about the arts? Maybe 2-3 months or more, but my hiatus will end today and here I am, back to being a lutang artist. Earlier when I was scanning my laptop, boredom strikes me again, so I grabbed my pencil and half of the bond paper I used for the FLAMES lettering. I wanted to draw a dragon, but I ended up drawing a cute little phoenix from the Manhua comic, The First Eternal God. Hehe, what a dragon eh. It ended up being a Phoenix chick. Sometimes you start with an idea but it comes out different. Next time you'll have your dragon. Keep practicing, the arts, besides inspiration, also take practice. At least you already have the chicken. I used to draw too, but I lost the practice and the inspiration.
