Well, another hot issue in our company and become worse than before. One of my senior workmates told me about a fight in the meeting between my team leader (Mr. L) and one of my senior colleagues (Mr. N - another team) over the team-up project. It started in one word - "No Team-up" from Mr. N, and Mr. L was irritated when he heard it (our Head Department mentioned a few days ago it was a team-up project). It got worse when Mr. N said bad/ offensive words and did not apologize to Mr. L after the meeting. This is a major issue in our department because they don't like each other (as I mentioned in my old post, we'll be back in the office on October 4-5, and I hope they don't get into a fight and finish the project first). 1. Mr. N has pride and ego-personality 2. Because of his personality, the majority of his team dislikes him. 3. My senior told me that this was the first time he had seen Mr. L (Team Leader) so furious. 4. Mr. L is a calm and relaxed person. Good-tempered personality.
