Now a days even in asian countries, the experience matters. The experienced employees are preferred in every field.
private o government pagmay kilala ka sa loob tyak application mo ang priority. Kawawa yung iba na sobrang effort tapos ginawang scratch yung resumé. Been there and seen it too.
At saka magtatanong na kung anu-ano sa interview about sa resume kahit binasa na nila Tapos sasabihin we gonna call you later 🤣🤣😅😅 Diba mas maganda kung sasabihin nalang nila na your hired kapag ganun 😅😅
