Prank Goes Wrong: The Brownout My two boardmates (J and L) were so annoying last night because they're always in my apartment room watching TV (movies) and I decided to go to my bedroom and chat with my virtual friends and coworkers. After a few hours, I couldn't hear any of their voices (they're always so loud when watching a movie), and all I could hear were the sounds of the television. When I checked them in the living room, the lights went out (brownout/no power). Then I heard two voices saying, "P*tek, Nagbrownout," and "Hoy J, wag mo apakan ang paa ko." I just laughed because they tried to prank on me but failed due to the brownout. Then one of them (J) decided to prank on one of my fellow boardmates (Max) in the next apartment room. He took my white blanket and a flashlight to scare Max, and then I and L looked for a recorded cat voice and scary sound in the phone to make it look scarier. We played the recorded sound when J entered Max's apartment room. After that, I heard J say, "Lintik ka Max, wag mo ako suntutkin. Ako ito si J. Tatadyakan kita." We rushed to the room and laughed at Max because we saw him on the floor while holding his arm and he said, "Pigilan nyo ako at susuntukin ko yan si Max." Then we laughed again, what an epic fail prank. ahahaxD After the Failed Prank, I returned to my apartment room and slept (Low battery phone). When the power came back on at 3 a.m., I checked my phone and saw that I had received numerous messages from my Head Department, Team Leader, and virtual friends. FacePalm.
