Most people had no idea what NFT was until a digital artwork named "Everydays: The First 500 Days" was sold for $69 million and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey sold his first tweet NFT, which became trending on social media and news that made NFT popular nowadays, especially in blockchain games and staking assets (NFT). Also, other artists and celebrities jumped on the popularity of NFT. Additional Information Metaverse and Crypto are also included in Collins Words of the Year.
