Back to the Past: Filipino Funny Komiks I enjoy reading comics, especially old comics or comics in newspapers, as well as Marvel and Justice League Comics; and Manga, Manhua, and Manhwa online. My older brother used to collect all kinds of comics, but there's one that kids especially enjoy reading: Funny Komiks. - it was a children's comics with a full-colored design. Funny Komiks is a weekly comic, it's only published on weekends and is available at the market or any store that sells newspapers. When I was a kid, I used to read my brother's collection of Funny Komiks. I simply sit on the couch or lie down in bed to read these comics (the best position for reading comics). If you read the Funny Komiks, you'll notice that each story ends with a moral lesson. Funny Komiks, like other comics, consists of a one-shot story and a long-run series story (I hate the cliffhanger, need to wait for the next issue), information such as "did you know" or "Story of our heroes", Funny Comic Strips, Kiddies Corner (Picture of kids), and "This is your Page," where kids submit their drawings and the publisher compiles them all in two pages in the comics. Sadly, Funny Komiks ended its publication in 2005 with more than 1000+ issued comics. Here is the list of stories in Funny Komiks that I recall 1. A.X Series - My favorite series in Funny Komiks, This is good fighting and adventurous story 2. Tinay Pinay - Simple turned to be a Superhero 3. ThunderCat - Not the Thundercat cartoon. The MC is cat strikes by lightning and became a superhero 4. Combatron - Cyborg story, one of the best in Funny Komiks but the problem the story did not finish by the author 5. Eklok - A funny kid who has unable to talk straight 6. Tomas and Kulas - If there's Tom and Jerry, there's Tomas at Kulas in Funny Komik 7. Planet Opdi Eyps - Funny Story about Ape Characters 8. Mga Kwentong Pinoy/Wansapanataym - Story about fables, legends, and myths 9. Kenji - A hero who protects the world and universe by the evil villain leaders 10. Bionic Kid - One of the best fighting and robot stories. A boy turned to robot superhero 11. Mr. and Mrs - Funny comic strips about a nameless married couple *Some of our Funny Komiks have vanished - borrowed by my cousin but not returned, and my little sister tore some of the comic pages. *I asked my little sis to take a picture of Funny Komiks left in our house.
