I noticed a new update on this platform called "Acknowledgements," which can be found in the name of our account (Click it, below the Logout link). It displays information about the tools/API used by this platform. My Suggestion It is better to keep all Acknowledgements, Site Rules, FAQs, and Help Information on one page. Each of them has a link for a backlink and when you click it, it will scroll down to the specific detail which is similar to WikiPage.
