Recommendation by a PRO (Not sure if he's a PRO) My coworkers and I were talking about cryptocurrency last night before we started our work. While we were discussing it, one of my coworkers (Mr.J) shared some pointers on how to protect and secure crypto assets or crypto wallets. Here's the list: 1. First, everyone should back up their wallet's keys, seed phrase, password, and pin. This is a common issue among users; they forget to back up their wallet information. 2. Write down the seed phrase or keys on a piece of paper. It is preferable to have multiple copies to ensure that you have a backup. Another option is to send your cryptocurrency in a paper wallet and store it in a secure location. 3. He stated that this one is effective for him: he gave his little sister the seed phrase/keys and password. It works because he forgot his seed phrase and password in Metamask; he simply asked his sister about it, and the magic goes on. (Give access to a trusted family member/relative or, say, a friend [a true friend who is not a balimbing or backstabber]). 4. Save your wallet information in a file on your computer and protect it with a password. 5. My coworkers do this: they keep the wallet information on a password-protected flash drive or memory card. 6. Finally, if you can afford it, use hard wallets such as Ledger and Trezor. He was so proud of himself after telling us, but then someone said, "Nice pointers, but you still lose a lot in crypto due to rug pull tokens. Good Job Pro." My Team Leader said it. Mr. J fell silent and appeared to be poured in hot water. hehehe For me, he has a good point about his pointers in securing crypto assets and wallets
