@MyHero more from that month

Maybe next time I'll say "No" if a friend or coworker makes a request. Just woke up earlier because my Team Leader called and asked if I'm available to accompany and assist him in the work today. I want to say "No" because we worked overtime last night and I only got 3-4 hours of sleep, but he needs help and I think it's important, so I'll say "Yes." After I said it, my team leader said, "Ok R, go down, I'm waiting at your apartment's gate." I looked out the window and saw his car parked beside our apartment's gate. Facepalm, I just woke up, no breakfast, haven't brushed my teeth, and haven't taken a bath. When I got to his car, I realized that I wouldn't be the only one joining this Joyride to the H3ll, I mean to the company, but also my coworkers (Mr. Genius, The Prankmaster, and one of my senior). This is going to be a long, long day, and I have a bad feeling about this. Note: 1. No bath, I just brush my teeth and change my clothes only (Baho ko ngayon xD). My Team Leader provided us with Jollibee foods for breakfast, which we appreciated. 2. We almost didn't get into the company because of what we were wearing, prankmaster and Mr genius in shorts and slippers. Likewise, I'm wearing a slipper as well. The new guards are very strict. 3. When we walked into the office, the other team looked at us. They think we're bystanders who have entered to look for someone. 4. We assisted the other team because there were some issues that need to be fixed right away. No one can assist them because their team leader was hospitalized a month ago. I'm glad my team leader is aware of the situation and willing to assist them, despite he has an issue with one of their team seniors. 5. I'm not sure how many hot chocolates I've had today. It's free because one of my coworkers (a girl) gave us free drinks. 5. We gave a day off tomorrow and double pay after this work.
