Reactivate and Fix my Voter's Data Yesterday, I received a message from my Uncle (Barangay Captain my hometown) to return to our province to reactivate and fix my Voter's ID/account. Today (September 10) is the schedule of our barangay. Earlier, I finished reactivating my voter's account, and the reason why I'm not on the list of voters in the last election was because of my digital thumbmark. It is also the same problem in my company which didn't detect my thumb in the scanner. Thanks to the staff of our Comelec municipality to assists me. One of the staff laughed at me - She asked me if I'm alien because the fingerprint scanner didn't read/detect my thumb and index finger (I think 6 times in Thumb and 8 times in Index Finger attempts before it was successful). - I'm so confused why I need to use Inkpad for thumbmarks if my problem is the digital thumb and index mark finger. weird.
