আলুর বিশ্ব ভ্রমণ! তোমরা আলুর চিপস খেয়েছো কিংবা বিকেলের নাস্তায় আলু ভাজা অথবা আলু ভর্তা।কখনো ভেবে দেখেছো আলু কিভাবে তোমার খাবার টেবিল পর্যন্ত পৌছে গেলো?আলুর এতোদূর পর্যন্ত আসার পেছনে রয়েছে বিশাল একটি গল্প।আজকে তোমাদের আলুর এই দীর্ঘ পথযাত্রার গল্প শোনাবো।আলুর চাষাবাদ চলে আসছে প্রায় দশ হাজার বছর ধরে সুদূর দক্ষিণ আমেরিকা অঞ্চলের(যা বর্তমানে দক্ষিণ পেরু এবং উত্তর পশ্চিম বলিভিয়া) এবং আন্দিজ পার্বত্য অঞ্চলে।কিছু কাল পরে আলু যাত্রা করে ইউরোপ আর উত্তর আমেরিকায় এরপর থেকে সারা পৃথিবী জুড়ে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে সব দেশের সব অঞ্চলের রান্না ঘরে।মূলত স্পেনিশরা ষোল শতকে এটি ইউরোপে নিয়ে আসে যা উত্তর ও পূর্ব ইউরোপে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।ইউরোপের দেশ আয়ারল্যান্ডে প্রধান খাদ্য ফসলে পরিণত হয়।ইউরোপের প্রধান খাদ্য হিসেবে আলু জায়গা করে নেয়।ইউরোপের সর্বাধিক আলু উৎপাদনকারী দেশ গুলো হচ্ছে জার্মানি,হল্যান্ড,পোল্যান্ড ও রাশিয়া।ভুট্টা,ধান আর গমের পর বর্তমানে পৃথিবী জুড়ে সবচে বেশী চাষ হয় আলুর।এতো গেলো ইউরোপের ইতিহাস।এবার চলো জেনে নেই কিভাবে আমাদের ভারত বর্ষে আলু চলে আসলো। সতেরো শতকে পর্তুগিজ নাবিকেরা ভারত বর্ষে আলু নিয়ে আসে।ভারত বর্ষে প্রথম দিকে আলুর চাষ হতো কলকাতার পার্শ্ব ভর্তি অঞ্চলে আর সেখান থেকে চেরাপুঞ্জি বোম্বে সহ বিভিন্ন প্রদেশে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।তোমরা কি জানো আলু একটি উচ্চ পুষ্টি গুন সমৃদ্ধ খাদ্য।এতে ভিটামিন বি ও সি সহ বিভিন্ন পুষ্টি উপাদান রয়েছে। পুরো পৃথিবী জুড়ে কয়েকশ জাতের আলু চাষ হয়।বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে প্রায় ২৭ টি জাতের আলু চাষ করা হয়।এবার চলো বাংলাদেশে চাষ হওয়া আলুর জাত গুলো এবং কোন কোন অঞ্চলে চাষ হয় সেগুলো জেনে নেই। শীলবিলাতি আলু,যা মূলত রংপুর অঞ্চলে চাষাবাদ করা হয়।লালশীল আলু বগুড়া অঞ্চলে চাষাবাদ করা হয়।লাল পাকরি আলু সিরাজগঞ্জ,বগুড়া ও দিনাজপুর জেলায় ব্যাপক ভাবে চাষাবাদ হয়।দোহাজারী জাতের আলু মূলত চট্টগ্রাম এলাকায় চাষ করা হয়।তবে ঝাউবিলাতী ও সূর্যমুখী জাতের আলু ও বেশ প্রচলিত। শীতকালে বাংলাদেশের প্রায় প্রতিটি জেলাতে আলুর চাষাবাদ করা হয় আর ফসল তোলা হয় ফেব্রুয়ারি মার্চ মাসে। চলো এবার জেনে নেই বাংলাদেশে আলুর প্রধান ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে।আমাদের দেশে মাছ, মাংস ও ডিমের সঙ্গে সবজি হিসেবে আলু ব্যবহার করা হয়।আলু থেকে আরো সেসব খাদ্য তৈরী হয় সিদ্ধ আলু, ভাজা আলু, চটকানো আলু, আলুর রুটি,আলুর চপ, আলু সিঙ্গারা, আলু চিপস, ফ্রেঞ্চ ফ্রাই প্রভৃতি।

Lost interest It's my second consecutive day without any single point.After doing all the works all the hard works when you see you achieved nothing but a big zero its quite normal losing interest.Last few days were very good.I have passed a very well time here.I won a sponsorship,few contests and made some friends.They are really good people.But all this things went in vein after receiving no points in last two days.When you start something when you are newbies you have great expectations.But already lost expectations and interest.Still hoping things will change things will go round real soon.But who knows will it ever be? হতাশাজনক নিজে চিন্তা করে ঘণ্টার পর ঘন্টা কাজ করে চিন্তা বাস্তব রূপ দেওয়া এতো এতো সময় দেওয়ার পরেও যখন দেখা যায় ফলাফল শূন্য।শূন্য বলতে একদম শূন্য।গত দুই দিনে এক পয়েন্ট ও না পাওয়া ছিলো খুবই বিরক্তিকর।একদম খালি হাতেই ফিরে যাওয়া!এতো এতো পরিশ্রমের চিন্তার কোনো মূল্যই থাকলো না।তুলনামূলক নতুন দের সাথে অন্তত এমন না হলেও পারে। এতে অনভিজ্ঞ নতুনেরা আগ্রহ হারায়।আর আগ্রহ হারানোটা খুব স্বাভাবিক নিজের সব কিছু দেওয়ার পরেও যখন ফলাফল একদম শূন্য।ধৈর্য্যের ও একটা সীমা থাকে।তবুও আশা,এই সমস্যার সমাধান হবে।

English is a widely expected language all over the world.Some of learn this language as a second language.Some of us have different mother tongue.As we learn this as a second language that's why we face some problem when writing.Now I'm going to share with you a little secret.Hope it helps you to when you are writing an English passage or something in English. When you're writing something in English follow this steps.                          **1) Topic Sentence**                          **2)Supporting details**                          **3) Conclusion** **What is a topic sentence?**A topic sentence is a impression of your whole writing.Say when you are writing something,when someone reads your first sentence or topic sentence is gives a first impression of your writing.And you know that first impression is the best impression.So when you are writing,try to write a topic sentence.I will give example of this later. **Now what is supporting details?**Say you have already written your first topic sentence.You have given your first impression now you have to add supporting details of your topic.When you are making a house you have to start with the foundation then you have to  put bricks together one by one.Supoorting details also work on this way.You have laid foundation means  you have write your topic sentence now add more details put the bricks together one by one.Write more sentences based on your topic. **What is conclusion?**You have followed two steps.Now you have to end your writing.You have to summarize your words.There is a saying that if your ending is well your everything is well.So write a conclusion sentence based on your topic sentence.It can be your opinion regarding the matter you are writing to.After writing your conclusion sentence now we can say your writing is end. **Now I'll give you an example.** **Say you are writing on** *****internet***** *Topic sentence:* ****Internet is a blessing and a great invention that connects with us with the outside world.**** *Supporting details:* ****Internet is a web of computer networks by which all the networking devices are inter connected and shares data with a blink of an eye.Internet enables us getting close to distance.Now distance is just a word.Through internet we can communicate with anyone who may live thousands of miles away.Internet provide us with great speed and very low time consumption.**** *Conclusion sentence:* ****Internet is a modern invention and useful tool through internet you are open to the world.Internet opened a new horizon.**** That's how you can write something in English.Just following the three easy steps.So start writing something in English today and practice more and more.Only practice can make you perfect and mistakes is a part of life.Don 't break down! Humayun Faridi:A versatile actor My tribute art Humayun Faridi was a versatile actor a magician in both theatre television and cinema.His charismatic personality amazed us all.He was a true genius and a legendary actor of Bangladeshi cinema.He was born on May 5,1952 in Dhaka Bangladesh.His first stage drama was **Trirotno He** took **rotno** part there.He was inaugurated in cinema with the movie named "Dohon". For his performance in this cinema he achieved best character award.He then performed a well celebrated television drama named **"Songsoptok".**There he took the part of "**Ramjan**"He became very famous for his extraordinary performance in that television drama. He achieved **National film award in the category of best character** for his cinema named "**Matritto**". He performed a lot of cinemas and for his majestic performance he is well remembered to the viewers. Here are some well celebrated movies from him. **Dohon,Loraku,Din Mojur,Durjoy,Ananda Oshru,Valobashi Tomake,Madam Fully,Vondo,Ghatok,Ki Jadu Korila,Takar Ohongkar** some of his best celebrated movies.
