Love at First Sight!

Charie found love in the most unexpected way. I bet there is no same love story as theirs.

Charie is fond of taking photos especially selfie. She is so full of herself. Well, that sounds negative but yeah, I'd rather say that she has a lot of confidence only if she is with us, her friends.

She would say she's beautiful in front of us. Maybe that is one of the many effects of being close to your friends. You can be confident without the fear of being judged or rejected.

One afternoon, when Charie borrowed Aren's phone, she set her own picture as the wallpaper and lock screen of Aren's phone.

Aren is used to this so she did not changed it to her wallpaper yet as Charie is still there and she can still insist on changing it using her picture.

Until such time that Aren is already on her way home. She rode on a multicab and she is holding her phone. After few stops, Aren's old highschool classmate hopped in to the multicab and it just happened that she saw Aren's wallpaper. It was Vanessa. Kevin, instantly find her beautiful and ask for her details.

Aren narrated to us what happened and she showed us the picture of Kevin. Charie felt flattered and she can't hide her smile. Things were fast and the two became textmates, chatmates. They have formed friendship. Charie is in a mutual understanding with one of our highschool that time since highschool but she dropped him off because of Kevin. Maybe she found Kevin more interesting.

Months passed and there communication leveled up. It came to the point wherein Charie would stay awake late at night to talk to Kevin. I don't know what are their topics about but every night, they seem to never run out of things to talk about.

Later on, they felt in love with each other. They treated each other like they are in an official relationship. They would exchange "I love you's and I miss you's". They have invested time, effort and emotions already. Kevin wanted to establish a label in their relationship and wants to make it official but Charie won't allow.

She was afraid at the thought of having a boyfriend because her parents would scold her and her neighbors would surely gossip about her. So, they stayed that until years. Only they know about the real score. Kevin would visit Charie at her home but Charie won't do the same to Kevin. She was a little bit conservative.

When they were just starting, Charie won't allow Kevin to visit her. They would just see each other in a cafe of in a newly-opened local restaurant. Everytime they meet, Charie would make sure to tag her bestfriend along so it won't seem like they are going on a date. It was also to protect herself if ever one of their neighbors would bumped into them. In her mind, at least she was not seen alone with a guy. Her bestfriend was with her so people would think that the guy is just a classmate or worse her bestfriend's boyfriend.

Their relationship stayed the same. Kevin was there when Charie's mom died of cancer. Kevin is still there on special occasion even before Charie's mom died. Before, Charie's mom died, she adviced Charie to make their relationship already. Her mom joked that Kevin might get tired of waiting. Kevin got Charie's mom's approval and so as the rest of the family.

When there are special occassions, Kevin is expected to be there. Kevin remained patient and loving until now. When Charie knew that her bestfriend already said "yes" to her suitor, she then made her relationship with Kevin official. lol
