Afternoon Noise Friends I’m sat chilling watching a film and then up pops Dotty on the other sofa and it was so cute I had to take a photo to share. Just look at that super cute little face, she really so adorable the cutest pup in the world.

A Hard Day At Work Dotty is flat out on my desk at work, she’s decided she still the perfect place for her to have a mid morning nap for some reason and I can confirm it’s not a good spot for me lol. Dotty is the office therapy dog as you all know and she’s been busy making people smile this morning which was such tiring work.

Adding Some Colour Just done a quick edit on one of Dotty’s photos adding some colour to brighten things up, as ever this Dotty photo was edited using PicsArt and I hope it makes you all smile.

Lasagna Time Now that’s what I call a successful lasagna and a very happy family, such a simple and tasty meal and as we all know home cooking is the best. Packed with flavour and secret vegetables, it’s a great meal for the family and bother Sophie and Lily gave it their seal of approval.

Garlic And Cheese Tear And Share Sophie and I have been trying a new recipe, baking a cheese and garlic tear and share. It’s turned out really well, smells amazing and tastes fantastic, another baking success for this father and daughter duo.

Hi Dad Want To Play? I’m sat on the doge chilling, quite happy in my own little world when up pops this cute little face. Miss Dotty has decided it’s play time not rest time, this little dog has never ending energy and loves to play at every possible opportunity. She brought me one of her chew toys to play tug of war with, that’s her favourite game and for a tiny dog she’s very good at it.

Bath Day For Dotty Ah the fun chore of washing the dog, always an entertaining and wet experience. Apparently Dotty is super good for the groomer but at home bath time is more entertaining as she sees it as a game. As you can see from these photos Lily had to use one of her toys to keep her close while she dried her with the hair drier, that said there was also a lot of running around, back and forth along with shaking and rolling in the carpet. At least Dotty finds bath day fun, but boy is it tough work for us humans.

Meat Fest The first BBQ of the year was a massive success, yummy burgers, hotdogs, pork and chicken. We also had salad, coleslaw and potato salad , the girls had a fab dinner and I have to say it was all super tasty.

Let’s Get This Party Started Tonight we are having the first BBQ of the season, the sun is shining and it’s lovely and warm here in England so no better day for the first BBQ of the year. It’s just the girls and I for this one so it’s not a massive cookout but it’s a fun dinner for a sunny English spring day.

The Wound Has Decided To Play Up The wound from my spinal surgery has decided to open back up for some reason, last weekend it started to weep and we think there was a slight infection. I covered the wound up with a surgical plaster and the infection seemed to clear up but it’s started to bleed slightly again. It’s just the one tiny section that won’t heal for some reason, it’s where the drain as and it’s being a total pain for some reason.

Blast From The Past This photo of Sophie and Lily just popped up as a memory on my Facebook profile and I was like wow they have grown so much in the last 11 years. From cute little toddlers into awesome teens, it’s been a fun journey through the years with lots of fun, smiles and happiness. Looking at old photos is always fun and this one made me smile and I just had to share it here with my noise friends.

Steak and Cheese Time Having a treat for breakfast today with a steak and cheese panini on sourdough bread, it had a yummy sun-dried tomato chutney and red peppers too. Delicious melted cheese and shaved steak was super tasty, it was a great start to the day.

Saturday Morning Coffee Katie and I have popped out to do some food shopping and are now treating ourselves to a quick Starbucks while we are out. I have gone for my old faithful a caramel macchiato, always a sage choice at Starbucks 😊. Wishing you all an amazing Saturday 🧡

Looking Extra Cute Dotty is looking extra cute today, she can away with anything when she looks this cute, everyone who meets her thinks she’s amazing and I do too. It’s often really hard to get a photo of Dotty when she is looking this cute as she’s never still, but I managed to get this super cute photo so had to share.

Making Tortillas Sophie and I had great fun making home made tortillas and trying out my new tortilla press. They are super easy to make and taste so much better than shop bought tortillas, in fact they were so simple and tasty I don’t think I will ever buy tortillas again.

Side Eye Time Dotty is sat on my lap and for some reason she is giving me the side eye, she must think I’m going to move or something 😂 Dogs are so funny aren’t they, I just love the funny and odd little things Dotty does it never fails to make me smile.

Time for a lunchtime walk Dotty and I are having a quick break from the office with a walk around Kingswood park. It’s a lovely sunny spring day and she is meeting lots of new people and dogs which she is loving.

Im back Sorry had a busy week after going back to work and that has meant an increase in MS symptoms so i took a short break from noise as I got used to the new, new normal, ok my normal changes daily but that’s the fun of living with multiple sclerosis. I have missed posting but I’ve struggled for the energy to be a good member of the community and wanted to make sure I was feeling better before posting again. Sorry for missing everyone’s posts over the last week, but I’m back now 😊

My Macro Fun This time I got up close and personal with some leaves and flower buds. Spring brings so many differed photo opportunities with plants and trees in all stages of life, it’s endless fun spending time in nature 🧡

What A Superstar During March Dotty walked just under 60 miles raising over £200 for MS-UK, what a superstar this tiny dog is. This is Dottys second charity walk after taking part in the MS Societies walk in Bristol back in 2021 and with the two combined events we have raised over £500 for multiple sclerosis charities 🧡🖤 One very proud fur parent indeed 🧡🖤

Yield Farming I am a great fan of having my money earn while I sleep, and as a result I have a lot of my coins staked in wallets where I am earning interest. As I leave the crypto in the wallets for the longterm gain, the interest keeps on compounding and increasing my earnings as a result. Take my btc for example, I’ve earned an extra 50,000 satoshi by having my btc staked, everyday I receive a few satoshi little bits that sure add up over time. Currently I have Tezo, Tron, Bitcoin, Cro, USDN, Dogecoin, Algorand, Cosmos and Cardano all earning interest in the wallets they are held. Do you stake your crypto as well? Lazy Sunday Seems dotty has decided that today is a lazy day made for snoozing and chilling. She does look very comfortable and happy, so maybe she has the best plan for today. What’s you plan for today? Are you having a chill or are you off on an adventure?

Please Accept My Apologies Hi noise family, I am so so sorry for not being about today, it’s been a tougher day than I expected. Completing my disability paperwork was a very emotional and testing task, I had to put down on paper all my failings since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and show where I struggle. As a person I am a fighter, I always have been, I fight through life the best I can but today I had to be honest and show where I struggle in day to day life. Multiple sclerosis is not a terminal illness, it is life long but does not kill although it is progressive. One thing I know is I will never stop fighting for my family and to show that those with multiple sclerosis can live a full and successful life.

Some Editing Fun Just been playing with this dandelion flower that’s full of seeds and edited it to add some new colours. I love how the orange and white now turn what most see as a weed into something of extreme beauty, a proper work of art from nature.

My Three Daughters Yep I see Dotty as a full member of the family, she’s my fur baby and as such gets daughter status. I love how she has her own pillow to sit on in-between Sophie and Lily, it’s so so cute. She’s probably sat nicely because she wants to share their lunch though 🤣

Busy Day Ahead Good morning Noise friends, today I have a big task ahead of me today filling in my disability forms. It’s not a nice job as I have to focus on all the things I struggle to do due to my multiple sclerosis, rather than the positives of what I can do. I have been putting it off but as I am back to work I have to get it completed today. As a result I’m not going to be about much on noise today but I will catch up tonight with all my notifications 👍

Time To Curl Up And Catch Some Zzzz’s Dotty has decided that the day is done and it’s time for sleep, she’s curled up into a ball on the bed ready for so rest. She needs her beauty sleep, ready to cause more chaos tomorrow. Thankfully tonight she’s decided to sleep on Katie’s side of the bed so I will actually has some room for once 🤣 I’ve still not worked out how such a small dog can take up so much room.

The Vikings Are Coming We have just started season five of the last kingdom, a Netflix and BBC series based on the last kingdom books. The series follows the adventures of Utred of bebbanburh, a Saxon brought up by vikings during the Middle Ages. If season five is as good as the first four seasons it will be amazing, with the first four seasons once you started watching it was really hard to stop. If you are a fan of shows such as Vikings you will love The Last Kingdom, it’s an excellent show filled with excitement, dram and action.

Believe And You Shall Achieve As some will have seen earlier I wrote earlier about the law of attraction and the power of attracting good or bad situations to us depending on our mindset. One of the best examples of the use of the law of attract is the power of prayer, which is considered on of the most powerful things we can do. Those who engage whole heartedly in prayer and give it their full faith can attract miracles, I would say we have all come across people in life who have achieved this. For those who are not religious, having faith in the power of the universe and the magic that runs through us all and connects us all, is your route into the world of miracles. What you really need is faith that miracles are possible and that by asking from the heart without greed or ambition will deliver your dreams. Those who are selfish and greedy, will only ever attract negative to them, to attract the positive you must be kind, loving and have no ego, after all an ego is always a bad thing. Wealth, love and happiness is abundant and by connecting to the power that connects all living entities we can manifest our dreams.

Happy Earth Day To be honest every day should be earth day, we should constantly celebrate our amazing planet, the ship that carries us through space. The earth is so so amazing and we should take the best care of it possible. We are surrounded by beauty and wonder of the world and the earth is a fantastic asset to us all they we should look after and nurture.
