First of all, you need to accept that there is no such "perfect job". Like it or not, problems will still arise. You have to deal with them professionally. Start loving what you are doing and everything will just fall into its rightful places. Second, try to consider the following recommendations from yours truly. One or two may be applicable to you. Tips For A Work-Life Balance
Never check work emails during your weekends. It's a trap! You are only being paid thru your regular hours at work. No less, no more. Please take real-time off during your rest days.
Time Management. This has something to do with your schedule and responsibilities. Knowing all your tasks and their effect on you can help you in managing your time properly.
Delegate some tasks. Maximize your resources at work. If there are tasks that you think others can do, don't hesitate to give them to others. Or you can actually start teaching them some of what you are doing.
Learn to say NO. Saying YES all the time is not a good idea. Give yourself a break and learn to say NO once in a while. If there is someone you owe anything that is yourself and not the others.
Unplug. This may sound easy but really hard to do. You really need to disconnect from your work. If it is your off, it is your off. If you are working at home, this can be tricky. You need to set a 'tech schedule' that you need to abide by. Meaning, you need to disconnect from your gadgets- laptop, PC, cellphone, anything you use while working.
Setting limits. You only work 8 hours a day (or depending on your work contract) so setting boundaries is a must. I am not saying that you stop rendering extra hours at work. What I am trying to tell you is that set your limit. For an instance, if your boss allows the team to go on voluntary overtime for a week, you can take at least two or three days but not the whole week. You are still a human being, not a robot. You need a rest. You need sleep. Also, do yourself a favor by limiting the time allowed to non-essentials activities during work hours. You know? The chitchat or chikahan in Tagalog.
Don't be afraid to seek professional advice. If you feel things are not going fine at all, don't hesitate to ask for professional consultations. In our culture, seeking advice from a professional in this field has a negative connotation. This may hinder you but be minded that you are not doing wrong. You are not killing anybody so don't feel guilty or ashamed. Your life, your rule.
Before anything else, check these awesome people's works too. They all rock!
As I said, having a Work-Life Balance will not only benefit your career but mostly your overall well-being. So learning, following, and sticking to your desired tips can help you, big time! Just don't forget to have fun. After all, the reason why we are working is for us to have a living not become to become zombies.
My Thoughts
Achieving a successful life at work and outside can be a struggle for some. Especially now that it seems like we are always running out of time. Seems that money is more valuable than life. It will never be easy at the start but if you really wanted to have it, then you will anything for it, right? You know, if there is a will then there is a way. And I, thank you!
This may be long overdue but please accept my warmest thank you for renewing your sponsorships to me @zolabundance2 @ARTicLEE and @Bloghound !! Thank you for your trust. Hugs and kisses.😘😘😘

Great tips, although I've heard and read many people, women particularly, say that it is close to impossible to strike a balance between work and life. What they've found to work more effectively is to focus on work when at work and focus on life (or family) when it's time for them. Trying to divide your time in the middle of a day or attempting to be at several places at the same time is not healthy.
