Telegram BCH bot suggestion

I have seen this feature in couple of Telegram groups I'm in, and I'm sure plenty of you guys saw it or even used it. It's like a gift system and it's not that hard to be explained. I was in images sharing group, people sharing images for different things and if I like an image they shared, all I have to do is to reply the image with the plus sign and they get +1 reputations. These reputations can be used for different things in such groups, sometimes for playing different games added by the group moderators..etc. So, I think with little modification we can make this bot to run on a channel, and I think it can work perfectly by the following steps: When a new user joins the channel he has to connect to his read cash account. Automatically, a sharing bot shares latest articles from read cash. below the link and link description a buttons can be added to support the author if the reader liked it.
