萬事問噪友~~ 請教噪友，我看上了一塊美美的地，有點想租下來，但是我需要用電，要怎麼申請呢？是跟台電申請用電再請水電師傅去處理嗎？ 地上面沒有任何建物，有種樹，大概是農地，臨路邊有電線桿不用另外牽。 不知噪友有沒有相關經驗？😖
