Hi Fellas! How are you? Hope you are doing great, sorry for being inactive here just busy on some kinds of stuff.

I just want to share with you guys these amazing habits that will incredibly change your habits and lifestyle as well, you just have to stay consistent with them. It really helps you out. Life-changing!

I listed 5 habits that I consistently do and not gonna stop for my entire life.


1. Waking Up early

The secret is, to wake up early no matter how much time you sleep you have to get up early cause there are no distractions in the morning the job gets done well ahead of time.
But to make this possible you have to sleep early as well.
6-8 hours are good enough to stay active from the start to the end of the day.

2. Decision-making
It doesn't matter how bad are you in decision making, what matters most is how you deal with those bad decisions and stick to that plan always remember that to be a man you need to get rid of all those bad decisions you make, you started it at the first place eh? Don't just be a man, man!

3. Meditation
This is my favorite habit, It unlocks my imagination it creates peace and joy in my inner self. I do meditation every day upon waking up and sometimes before going to sleep it is just powerful cause it's really something that cleansed your stress out!
trust me! Meditation is Powerful!

4. Reading

I just love reading cause it creates a door from this to another dimension, I mean there's a lot you can learn just by reading I spend a lot of time reading I even do reading while I'm on the train going to the office, why? cause it's quiet there's no distraction while on the train I found it a good library tho lol and lately I've just discovered audiobooks which makes reading more interesting it is so convenient you can read while doing other kinds of stuff. Just wow! I really love it!

5. Taking up notes

I do write a note every time, It's really helpful and it gives you more focus on the project that you need to finish.
I also write down my short and long-term goals as well as my plans of course it needs to be realistic :)

Meditation is very effective talaga lalo na kapag nagbabasa ka ng word of God hays 😊, ako rin I woke up early everyday kahit di ko gustohin haha nakakagising ako ng maaga kahit walang alarm clock. Nice to meet you po bdw❣️
