Wanna hear a story???? Once upon a time, in a small town, there was a man named John who was accused of a crime he did not commit. The police were convinced that he was guilty and arrested him without much investigation. John was shocked and terrified when he was arrested and taken to jail. He knew he was innocent, but he didn't know how to prove it. He was worried that he would be found guilty and sentenced to prison for a crime he didn't commit. As the trial approached, John's lawyer worked tirelessly to gather evidence and build a defense. He interviewed witnesses, examined physical evidence, and looked for any inconsistencies in the prosecution's case. On the day of the trial, John's lawyer presented his defense to the jury. He argued that the prosecution had not provided sufficient evidence to prove John's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. He pointed out discrepancies in the testimony of the prosecution's witnesses and highlighted inconsistencies in the physical evidence. After a long and grueling trial, the jury retired to consider their verdict. After several hours of deliberation, they returned to the courtroom and announced that they had found John not guilty. John was relieved and grateful to his lawyer for working so hard to prove his innocence. He knew that without the principle of "innocent until proven guilty," he might have been wrongly convicted and sentenced to prison for a crime he didn't commit. There a lot of this kind of story in Philippines but not as a happy ending plot twist they have no money to hire a lawyer and they will going to jail even though they're innocent,.
