The greatest mistake made by the government of my country is the crypto ban. Was thinking about the crypto ban in my country and the law to jail people who engage in it. Is this a great idea? I don't think so because crypto has come of age and no law can stop it. Even in my country, the ban gets more people involved in it and indirectly create awareness about crypto. My thought: Since it is nearly impossible to ban crypto (not a law-making ban but the execution of the ban), I feel like the way forward is to create a body to regulate it and with this, the government can earn money through tax. This tax can be imposed on exchangers because it won't be possible to impose it on users due to privacy in crypto and the exchanger can then impose it on users. That's the way forward and not ban.
