NEVER LEAN ON PEOPLE FOR TOO LONG (EXTRACT : Pastor Femi Emmanuel, Turning point, ISSN :2006-5280, Fem-Man Books Ltd , April 2021.) ***Its of great important to be spiritual sensitive and mature to recognise when someone's path is over in the story of your life. It does not mean the person is BAD (you can still be friends, you can still love and respect each other)*** One of the hardest things to accept is that not everyone is meant to be in our lives forever. Some people are meant to be with us for the long term - like your spouse, children ,siblings etc but then ,there are those our Creator brings across our path for a season or reason. May be a mentor, a teacher or a guide of some sort to help us through a certain stage of life or a difficult time and if our Creator does not remove them, we will become too dependent in them, therefore, instead of helping us, they will constitute a hindrance , and their presence might limit our growth. Most times, when a friend, employee, relative or business associate walks away and we think we cannot live without them, we are WRONG because that is our Creator saying "it's time for us to move to the next level". The truth is , if we want to keep growing, we must eliminate dependence crutches which is LEANING ON PEOPLE FOR TOO LONG. #RandomThoughts
