I feel that some culture made things complicated for no good reason. One is tipping. It's a pain in the ass to be guilt trip into tipping when it's the job of the restaurant owner to factor in a decent wage for their employees into the food/drinks. It can be done by 1 person, the owner, but instead now all the hundreds or thousands of customers each month has to do this job of thinking how much to tip or remembering to tip or guilt trip into tipping. Another is ordering water. Bloody hell, where are there so many different choices of water? Mineral water, artisan water, carbonated water, flat water, still water, purified water, etc. I just want water, don't stress me with all these options. I am a simple man who wants a cup of water, not to pass an exam to be a Water Connoisseur.
