It is very difficult to protest against a violent government (eg. Myanmar) that use guns against unarmed civilians. The government prints and used their own money to pay for these violence to happen. Without that money, they can't buy the guns and cannot pay the salary of the military people. Do you think the military people will continue working for free without pay? That's why Bitcoin Cash is a tool to protest against bad governments without putting your own lives in danger. It is also an insurance in times of national crisis. The government cannot print more Bitcoin Cash because Bitcoin Cash is the people's money.

It's partly true, but it's not that simple with printing the money. They have to buy the weapons abroad for USD. They can't print dollars that easily.
No point in protesting when government goes that far. The only option is to run for the exits.
