Special Gift Operation Part 1🎁

A pleasant day my fellow readers and writers. The morning seems quite good and better. How's your life? If you ask me, I am leaning on the chair right now while meditating on what I will write for an article today.

My mind is confused and hesitant because this thing I will share with you today happened last Christmas season. So it's been a very late story to write about. Yet I decided to make an article for this because the operation for giving gifts to the children in the community hasn't been done yet.

Generally, the final Operation was started last January 3 and 4. We released and gave the gifts to the children in the first week of the month for this year. Actually the gifts arrived last December 2021 but the church decided to start giving it this month. Everyone was busy last Christmas and we also had our Thanksgiving Celebration event at the church so the schedule is unfixed. I have published an article about it. You can also read it if you want to.

The children in Boni-Boni were the first community we had given the gifts to. Each of them received their special gift that was donated from other countries. You will see how happy and surprised they are when they open their gifts. The smiles and happiness in their faces can't compare. Almost 70 children in the list received the Samaritan gift.

As they opened the gift some received shoes, t-shirts, sandals, notebooks, and the most common put inside the box are the toys. It is not an ordinary toy you can buy anywhere because it's expensive with unique high qualities. I was envious of the children, haha! LoL. Feels like I want to be a child again to have a gift like what they had. During my childhood days I haven't received a gift from other countries' donations. But luckily children nowadays are blessed to be part of these operations.

Consequently, because of the Covid-19 pandemic we need some adjustments and to follow the rules and protocols authorized by the government. Each gift will be released one by one to their house. No child is allowed to go outside and social distancing is highly prohibited.

We also given a task to do during this giving gift operation. The documentation by taking pictures and making a survey while giving the gift. To complete the following tasks we need to send it to the encharge personnel who is the frontliner or the communicator to the other country. They will deliver the information and forward all the photos of each child who received the special gift. As well as the feedback and comments from us. As of now we already send the first documentary evidence of this community operation for the children.

The main purpose of this special gift operation is to share the Gospel of God to each children's soul. It is the goal to which the sponsorship of other country continue to send their love and blessings to the children's here in our country. By means that through those gifts they prepared, each child will receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. That will be the most important part of this work to build a progress and saved one's life.

All Pastors, Leaders and church members always praying to make this operations successful and valuable. Even us, as a staff and volunteers, we also do praying that those souls of each child will be saved as well as their parents. That the Lord will touch each heart and encourage their souls to have relationship with Him. For we all know that nothing is impossible to God if we believe by faith.

Lesson and Encouragement

Wholeheartedly, I participated this operations it's because when it talks about children my heart is touched and persuaded to volunteer. I was being happy and blessed to be part of this giving gift to the community. This is a testimony to which the Lord uses people from other places to transmit His word. I've learned that each child is precious in front of God. They deserve to be loved and cared no matter who and what they are. The joy in their heart teaches me to valued every child and help them everytime they need to. Through this learning I was push to continue teaching children in the community and share to them the goodness of God. Make them feel that they are worth it and important.
