My hubby was invited to be one of the speaker near our Barangay. He brought home some stuff like "BATUAN" sukang tuba, kapeng barako and other local products. Maybe a simple token of appreciation. And now I have to cook sinigang na bangus but I don't have calamansi or knor sinigang which I usually use. So I decided to use this "BATUAN" as the label said this is perfect for sinigang and it is my first time using it. I'm worried that it might not taste good. But to my surprised, it tastes good. "MUKHA-SIM ACHIEVED😂" BATUAN (garcinia binucao, pictures shows kinda like FIG, or the fruits which we used as wheel/pa-gulong when we were a kid) The product was distributed by: Pamilya ng Filipino Farmers Agricultural Cooperative Padre Garcia, Batangas) I hope my kids will like it too. Is there anyone here use this kind of flavoring mix? #14th
