Sleep paralysis I experienced this last night. At my dream I'm awake. I'm telling nurse beside me please wake me up. I want to wake up, Im really trying so hard to move my fingers little by little reaching her to give a sign that I need help and open my eyelids. And suddenly I woke up but no one is besides me. 😉 Maybe this happen to me. Coz I sleep with my head covered with mini pillow. May nakapag Sabi saking kapag kulang ang oxygen nag flow sa brain that happen. Binaliktad ko nlng ang pillow ko. When I woke up. And it works for me. THANK GOD I'M AWAKE☺️🙏

if I have nightmares it happened to me also that I can't move my body and yelling for help in reality and eventually my hubby will wake me up. Others will say turn your side don't sleep flat laying your back in the bed. Take care and always pray. good morning
