It's the evening of the day off, it's overcast outside, so I'm spending some time with my favourite game, and today I decided not to break tradition and joined another round of the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge, trying out some strategies with the Briar Patch rule, which gives all cards the Thorns ability.
One of the battles had an interesting combination of Briar Patch and Noxious Fumes, causing all cards to take poison damage, and it seemed like a good chance to try one of the water strategies.

I'm always excited about new cards, and the other day I got Musa Saline, the new legendary Water Elemental card, into my deck and started trying different combos.
I really like the fact that she has a pretty high speed and a great Scavenger ability, which allows her to pump her health at the expense of battlefield losses.

The mechanics are very simple - you hire warriors who automatically fight monsters. You get diamonds for winning, which you can spend on improvements or withdraw to your crypto-wallet or card.

BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge - Back To Basics
Another game season has come to an end and I hope you've received some great rewards for your battles. Well, after pumping up my deck with new cards, today I decided to take part in a new round of the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge and do some battles with the cool Back To Basics rule.
Since the cards are stripped of their abilities, you only have to consider the ability of the summoner, and rely on card speed and attack and health parameters, so you have to think about your strategy and get creative.
I had a very tough combination of Back To Basics, Silenced Summoners and Going The Distance (only archers can fight) in one of my battles, and it was very interesting.

The long-awaited weekend has arrived and this morning I decided to take part in a new round of the weekly BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Challenge and try some strategies under the AIMLESS rule with which cards deal damage to random targets.
Contrary to my enthusiasm, there were no battles with this rule. Not at all. Three hours of fighting and a pretty low ERC didn't make me happy, but persistence is one of my good habits and I waited patiently for my chance.
