Ho-ho-ho-ho, chiliheads! Despite the pandemic and pepper crop failure, 2021 was a heck of a year and, very nicely, domestic producers put out a ton of great sauces that our parties and BBQs were not without. There was a lot of delicious and interesting stuff and my personal top spicy sauces looks like this: Fire Ass Fink - with maple syrup, chipotle and carolina reaper Acid Rainbow - with kiwi, ashwagandha and jalapeño Stoopid 4.20 - with ghost pepper and CBD extract Kurbiskopf - with baked pumpkin, flavored habanero and Trinidad Perfume Moloko - iconic stuff with coconut, grapefruit and rare pepper varieties And of course the Chantico's Seldderay Dog, turning the Bloody Mary into a real feast for the receptors.
