When I was a kid, I really liked to eat ice cream with berry jam. Strawberries or currants-anything I could get my hands on would do. Well, today I decided to do an experiment and tried ice cream with sweet and sour blackcurrant sauce and ... Pimenta Da Neyde & Trinidad Scorpion peppers. The milk dampens the spiciness, and the fruity flavor of the peppers is perfectly complemented by the berries.
