Today we made pork stew with potatoes and herbs, and of course we did not do without spicy special effects. The Peach Holocaust sauce was infused, the flavor of the peach was less than fresh, but the hot pepper and umami came to the forefront, so adding it to the greasy broth was a great idea :) #food #foodie #chilihead
