Yesterday I eat ice cream in a cold-weather even my mom stop me but I just ignore everyone and eat it and now I can't even speak a single word and felt pain in my throat Hence prove if you don't listen to your parents you will get into trouble

if you eat to much it is not good, try to drink the warm water it would really help you to ease the pain of your throat, it just happen on me as well, they i drink warm water then all of the sudden the pain of my throat are gone and back to normal.

That's why they always told us that parents knows everything, mom knows best. And it was true.
Lol. I don’t take such risks specially in the current situation where even if your sneeze people think you have Corona 😅
