Donation message I was busy from last few days and have no idea what's going on and today when I open my account I received message of donations Is there anyone who guide me about this feature? Is it work same as tips on nosie.cash?

You have to fund it yourself, donations come from the wallet of whoever tipped you

Nah it's not like tips in Noise.cash - way different like people do Donate each other or whatever they like. You can set BCH donation address or also ETH, BTC and even Paypal
