White rice is commonly tied to obesity. Despite it may be a source of energy eating white rice without exercise is very harmful for us. Its gain our weight .if we use white rice daily it's very harmful for our health.
We should always try to avoid those things that are dangerous for our health..
Disadvantages of cool drinks

Friends with the research of different scientist the drinks are not good for our health.. Many people's drink cool drinks from a long period ..but their side affects are greater than its benefits..
