Swallows or swallows (lat. Hirundinidae) are a family of birds belonging to the order Passeriformes. They are part of a suborder of singers (lat. Passeri). This family consists of two subfamilies: Pseudochelidoninae and Hirundininae. Swallows are a cosmopolitan group of birds and inhabit all continents except Antarctica. They are thought to originate from Africa because most species live there. They also appear on many islands. The characteristic of these birds is their adaptation to hunting for food in flight: they catch insects in the air. Their body is slender and their wings are narrow. The beak is short and the larynx can be opened wide. The family includes about 90 species. Swallows are migrants.A little and swallows while I'm at work I see swallows so I can fly until I forget. cats do not shake the nest
