On June 14, I got up early in the morning and went to the mushrooms with my dad. Before we left, he had a coffee and I had a cappuccino. We found the bag and went to look for mushrooms. Otherwise, sometimes we don't have cleavers and sometimes there are bass. When we harvest, we cut with a knife close to the ground so that it does not break the roots, because there will be mushrooms for the next year. Here we cut something and something with the root. On the first day, we gathered about 5 kg. And we saw that there were mushrooms and they went away one January when the saint was there, and that's when we gathered a lot, about 20 kg, but not everything is in the picture because we sold some, and we left some for soups and to dry. It smells nice when it dries. Otherwise, it is expensive in stores, and nothing is difficult, check in the forest if there are any mushrooms. And so we cleaned everything nicely, washed it and packed it in the freezer.
