Natural squeezed fruit juices If you don’t have a juicer, for starters, you can start with a plain orange and grater strainer. Oranges, grapefruits and lemons are very easy to squeeze, and you can make beetroot, apple, carrot and celery juice by rubbing them (sweetened with honey or a little sugar) and left to stand for a few hours, then strain with a cloth or gauze. Try making lassi too - the best summer refreshment.
