I was having my lunch at Dimsum Break at Elizabeth Mall Cebu City. I ordered their Oriental Meal 3 and 4 to try it with my buddy. I was frustrated by the slow service they had, almost 45 minutes of waiting just to serve the meals. But anyways, I did not let their service ruined my day. Just be positive always and be happy. Their foods were delicious but only their service is slow.
