Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. How can you love someone if you don't know loving yourself. Loving yourself means you are not hurting yourself physically and more importantly emotionally. So avoid those people who are hurting you especially your emotions because that is loving yourself. And thus, you will be able to love anybody not hurting them emotionally and physically. As what the old golden rule saying "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
