Morning Batchoy. Let's eat my friends. This food, I think is originated in Ilo-Ilo City Philippines. It is a noodle soup made with pork offal, crushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles. So tasty especially if there's broiled egg and pandesal. Yummy.
