Time management is important not only in professional life but also in personal life. Whether you are a professional or still a student, whether you are in a business line or work in a company, you need time management. Time management means the ability to do a lot of things in a short time, utilizing time properly, and not wasting precious time.

How to Manage Multiple Jobs

How many hours can you work in a day? This question needs to be answered in a proper way because when you have decided to work online and offline and balance the online and offline work you need to spend many hours working. If you have the ability to work at least 12 hours, you might easily be able to manage your online and offline business at the same time. The second most important question that needs to be answered is whether you have time management and multi-tasking skills because when you are trying to work online as well as offline, you will have to manage your time properly and you will also need to multi-task. Knowledge and skills are another requirement to manage your offline work as well as online work, even when you are doing the same kind of business or job both online and offline, you will be required to have different sets of skills. For instance, writing a newspaper article is entirely different from writing an online article. Last but not the least, you are also required to have money to manage your online and offline business because you need staff to look after your businesses and you cannot do everything on your own.

How Many Hours Do You Work

How many hours can you actually work? If you are already working 8-10 hours, do you think you can work more? If you believe you can work more how many additional hours you can work when you are already working 8-10 hours in a day? If you are working full-time online, I don't think you can work offline, and vice versa. However, if you are working part-time online, you can try finding part-time offline work or vice versa. I signed up with a freelancer site when I still had a job, however, I could not start working online because I was always occupied with my offline job. I was working 10 hours a day on average, sometimes I was even working on weekends. Therefore, I could never start on the freelancer site I had joined. Currently, I work full-time online, I spend 10-12 hours a day working online, and I also work on weekends. I cannot work more, therefore, I have never thought about working offline, instead, I am focusing more on my online job. I know some people who are working online as well as offline, however, these people are doing one of the jobs just as a side hustle.

Working Online Vs. Working Offline

Technically speaking, you can work online and offline at the same time. However, whether this is practically possible or not depends on number of factors. For instance, in order to work online and offline at the same time and still be on the profitable side, apart from skills to work on your jobs or business, you need additional skills like time management and multi-tasking. Even for your offline business, you can build a good team and let your team handle your business without you having to worry about day-to-day businesses. You don't actually need to choose between online business and offline business. Look at Jeff Bezos, apart from Amazon, he is also working in a space travel company. Unless you are occupied 12 hours every day on an online job or offline job, I see a possibility of running an offline business or online business at the same time.

Multitasking and Time Management

You also need multi-tasking skills and time management skills. Multi-tasking means you do different tasks at the same time, for example, you take orders for content writing and graphic designing and start working on both projects.
