Is Money The Biggest Motivation Factor?

Most of us might say we are on the sites like Read Cash or Noise Cash in order to learn something and share something, and earning money is the secondary thing. However, let’s just admit that a lot of us will simply ditch these sites on the day these sites stop paying for the content.

Are You Motivated By Money?

When people say they work to learn new things and not for money, I believe that are becoming too much idealistic. If money is not involved in the things we are doing, we will simply lose interest.

Why did I spend 4 years in college and 2 years in the university? That’s because by building my academic excellence, I would be able to earn more. Why did I study programming? Was this just to explore my passion? Not exactly. My interest in programming was due to the fact that I could earn better.

As far as I am concerned, money is a big motivating factor. If I am offered two jobs, and if one pays better than another I will start working first on the job that pays better. I will work better on a job that offers better pay rates. Money is a big motivation factor for a lot of people.

A lot of people lie about money being the biggest motivating factor. A lot of us are here on this site despite having to write long posts (compared to other discussion boards and paid to post sites) because Read Cash provides better earning opportunities. You can earn from tips as well as sponsorship. Money is a greatest motivation factor.

Does it Help When You are a Believer?

  • Do you earn more if you are a believer?

  • Will your business flourish, if you are religious?

  • Are you motivated by God?

Belief in God is good, but bringing God to your personal life is not very good.

In fact, religion is a business, God is a product available for sale. So, you can make a lot of money as a preacher, or perhaps you can even become one of the richest men in your country because you can collect donations yet you do not have to pay tax, you can open a business, yet you do not have to pay tax in your business. This is a highly lucrative profession in any part of the globe.

Religion is a business, it is recession-proof, and also a tax-free business (in many countries, they don't tax religious institutes and religious leaders). Religion evolved as a governance system, and later when politics was separated from religion, or let's say the state and religion were separated, religion developed as a business.

Are You Motivated By Religion?

In my country, when someone wants to start a business, he will do the worshipping and praying to Gods, he will ask priests to find out an “auspicious day” to start the business. Whether the person is establishing a manufacturing plant, a shop, or a small food cart, the business is not started without worshipping Gods. Even in the office, you will see people keeping pictures and statues of deities. Every morning they will light a lamp and incense sticks.

Despite doing all sorts of religious things, not all businesses succeed.

People pray and worship Gods not when they are in personal problems like losing someone, but also when they have professional problems like losing business. Do these people believe that God actually hears their prayers? I find these acts very skill, do these people think Gods are like our father and mother who listens to your petty grievances?

I am not an atheist, I believe in God. My belief in God is little different. In my opinion, God's creation runs on autopilot mode. He does not directly interfere with world affairs. God is Almighty who does not care for human beings pathetic desires.

First thing everybody looks into when finding a job is how much will the salary be....and if one is opening up a business, first concern is, will they be able to profit from what they are about to put in as a capital.
