If you know how to access risks that come in your life and make a decision based on that knowledge, you will never lose anything in your life. You can apply this knowledge in your personal life as well as professional life. You can use this knowledge in investing, trading, marketing, etc.

You need to identify risks, you need to analyze risks, and use your knowledge to make decisions. Decisions are made in three ways, choice, preference, and information.

It is a process to investigate your own faults, mistakes, shortcomings, knowledge, skills, intelligence, ability, and behavior.  If you can analyze yourself, you will always be on a profitable site.  This will help you make better decisions, and create new boundaries. Self-analysis will help you know where you got to be.

What Type of Subjects Shodul We Learn in College

I feel so distressed when I see people having the wrong view of education. A lot of people think that more than education, you need "creativity and the ability to outsmart others in the money-making game." Tell me what makes you creative and give you the ability to outsmart others? Do you think you become creative and have the ability to outsmart other people inside your mother's womb, or do you learn to become creative and build the ability to outsmart other people by learning? It is true that we are born with some kind of intelligence but everything we have, for example, skills, knowledge, efficiency, ability, etc. we build through learning. What does learning actually mean? Education is a way to learn. Education means going to school, college and university; education means attending vocational training, education will help you gin something that will help you in your personal life and professional life. Imagine you want to work as a car mechanic, can you become a car mechanic without learning how to repair a car? Without learning basic engineering, how can you become a mechanic? I don't see hope in life without education.

There are no useless courses in the university. The university courses are for helping people acquire knowledge, and there is no such thing as useless knowledge. However, if you try to analyze courses in terms of building a career and making money, you will find that some courses are more profitable than others. I once had a friend who was studying weather science at the university, according to my friend only 6 students had enrolled for the course in the entire university and of then only 4 students attended the classes regularly. Now, you can compare this with the students enrolled in a mathematics course at the same university. The mathematics department had to reject students because it could not accommodate more than 200 students in the class. Weather science is not a useless course, yet very few people were interested in learning weather science compared to mathematics because it was easier to build a career when you enroll in mathematics compared weather science. In the same university, the influx of students willing to study for an MBA was higher than the students willing to learn Mathematics because MBA was believed to be a better career option. Some courses have higher monetary value than others.

Do We Really Need to Multitask to Perform Better in Jobs?

Do you know we are wired to be monotasker? Monotasker means doing one work at a time. Our brain is programmed to focus only on one task at one time, when we force our brain to focus on multiple tasks, we cannot become productive or creative. When we multitask, we cannot deliver the quality that we could have delivered while monotasking. The more we multitask, the less we achieve.

So, how do we perform better in jobs?

Focus on one task at a time and try to complete it as soon as possible.

Do not start working on the second project, without completing the first project.

If the project you are working on requires expertise in multiple areas, hire other people to work on the project even though you might have the skills. For instance, a web designer is also required to design a logo, header image, favicon, etc. You continue with designing while outsourcing a graphic designer to work on a logo, header image, etc.
