Here are some ideas for super fine burgers of different flavors including the juiciest classic burger. Ingredients (4 burgers) 500 g of minced meat - beef With to taste For a classic hamburger (1 piece) 2 tablespoons pretzels 1/2 onion 2 tablespoons primrose 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground pepper 2-3 tablespoons of water 1 tablespoon oil Spicy hamburger (1 kom) 1 tablespoon sweet ground pepper 1/2 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on top of a tablespoon of cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon oil Hamburger with cheese (1 kom) 1 small piece of cheese of your choice on top of a tablespoon of pepper 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Hamburger with liver (1 kom) 1/2 cup liver (chicken or veal) - finely chopped 1/2 onion 1 tablespoon pretzels 1/3 tablespoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon butter pepper Preparation This amount of meat is enough for 4 larger burgers. Each hamburger is about 180 g. The amount of ingredients is for one hamburger, so if you decide to prepare only one type don’t forget to increase the amount of ingredients! A classic hamburger Fry 1/2 finely chopped onion in butter, if you are working with a larger amount of meat not just for one burger then increase the amount of onion, it is important that the burger contains a lot of onions. Fry the onion for about 5 minutes to darken slightly. Add fried onions together with fat, chopped parsley, pretzels, water to the meat and mix well with freshly ground pepper. Shape the hamburger by hand and put it in the fridge to stand for about 30 minutes. Hamburger with cheese Shred the cheese into smaller pieces, do not overcook. Add to the mixture with the meat that you previously just salted. Add vinegar and mix everything well, shape a hamburger and leave it in the fridge for half an hour. Spicy burger Add chili powder, sweet ground pepper and tomato sauce and cayenne pepper to the salted meat mixture. Burger with liver Finely chop the liver and fry together with the finely chopped onion in butter for a few minutes. Be sure to use butter, do not use oil, because of the taste. Add to the minced meat together with the fat. Then add breadcrumbs, water and nutmeg and pick well. Shape into a burger and refrigerate for 30 mins. When the burgers have cooled and hardened a bit, you can start frying. Frying Fry the cooled burgers in a little oil. First fry one side for 3 minutes, turn and fry the other side for 3 minutes by placing a lid that is smaller in size than the pan and thus pressing on the burger to fry and "sweat" at the same time. The burger must be extremely dark on both sides. Cut the pastry in half, you can fry it in the pan where the hamburger was fried. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce or similar to your taste. Add a hot hamburger, you can add salad and cheese if desired. #food #burger #noisecash #new #originalcontent #originalphoto #photography #cooked #foods #hamburger
