Suggested Reading 19

In this series, I assume the role of a reader instead of a writer, discussing articles by other writers... things I recommend.

We begin with Wellcome to Bitcoin - A Government Controlled "Asset", by @annayks who discusses a conspiracy theory.

@Pantera writes about Venture Capital Funds and Smart Contract Networks and about how Satoshi Was Right, Bitcoin Cash is The Proof.

I also want to include two articles by @Jnavedan - Can governments limit or regulate the use of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin Cash? and Will bitcoin be a Trojan horse?

Is OpenSea reliable? Well, read OpenSea Phishing by @xuanling11 - and judge for yourself?

Bitcoin Cash And Things - what the heck are NFTs? by relatively new member @Lixten, can be a good starting point if you wonder over exactly the same thing. In Readcashers - Pantera and Jane, @Lixten also coins a new word: “Readcasher”, and defines it thus:

“A Readcasher is anyone who is actively engaged in the read.cash platform”.

Then he/she invites you to share your favourite Readcasher(s), and to share information about yourself. Obviously, a “Readcasher series” is planned.

@zrtv relates The story of a woman who looted billions through the cryptocurrency 'One Coin' and disappeared.

In You Are Being Watched!, @Bjorn discusses photo surveillance, including some tips on how to detect hidden cameras. And while we are into privacy, read also KYC, a Mass Surveillance Instrument, by new member @LiberLion .

@emin wrote Space exploration and the political interference, about space research and politics. Personally, I would rather see politics staying away from scientific research, but unfortunately that's not the world we are living in.

@Codename_Chikakiku speculates about Phenomena That Will Put Humanity in Extinction, and @Ellen-he illustrates the concept of parallel worlds with a simple story.

@pajeroz has written a thought-provoking article, 18+ Content Effects On Children And A Bleak Future. This subject out to concern all parents and future parents. The same author also wrote Elon Musk's Craze For Brain Chips And Monkey Brain Damage, another thought-provoking post.

"The culprit behind all types of error is not the lack of general knowledge, but false information, accepted as factual."

This is only one well-phrased truth in Discouragements, Matrix, And The Worth Of Persistence by @Gemstone . I don't share the author's religious belief, but I still agree to the conclusions. This is a quite heavy article to read, but don't be scared away by that. In many ways, this is @Gemstone's best article at Read.cash so far.

“The winner writes the history, and many times it's pure propaganda - the creation of a myth to preserve power or justify certain actions.”

This was my comment to History's Unkindness by @Talon – an article that can perhaps be an eye-opener for some of you. I have previously discussed the question of truth and myth in history, in History – Understand the Present by Understanding the Past. @Talon, however, takes you there with a piece of African history. In the end he concludes:

“Do not trust what you think you know, half the time, what we think we know is what someone wanted us to know, and it ain't necessarily the truth.”

What's Right and What's Wrong, writes @DrPsycho in an article about ethics. "Ethics and moral values" need to be studied by all, he claims (and I tend to agree).

It's not about thinking the same, it's about respecting others, says @milaagrosramirez – and @Trifecta says, Be the friend you want to have.

@Freedom007 writes about Little things that turn a good person into a monster, and @OfficialGamboaLikeUs writes My Mother's Words Vs. What I Want To Say.

@DocLayla relates the The lizard and rat analogy, a story about differences.

Despite the title, Enriching the reading experience by @SolarPhasing is about music, and includes some videos.

@Fexonice1 lists Some important things you must not ignore as a blogger. I suspect many of you do ignore them or some of them.

Most people are so used to English as a world language, that they never think of that there were other world languages before that, and probably will be others later. However, changes are so slow, so we will hardly notice it within the course of a human life. In a recent article, @charmingcherry08 shares her thoughts about English As The Global Language.
