And we progress with our intriguing sequel about the history of the occult, such a thrilling world of black magic, paganism, and its protagonists and the impact that they have had in the world.

Famous bibliographic and one of the most enlightened scholars of his time, born in Paris in 1600 and died in Abeville in 1655.

He left an "instruction to France on the truth of the history of the empirical brothers", and an "Apology for the great men suspected of magic."

He committed himself to the research of magic and classified it into four categories: white magic, black magic, divine magic, and natural magic (the latter involved science, and chemistry).

He also published a studied work on the predictions of the philosophical and hermetic enigmas of the Brothers of the Rosicrucian.

Prominent physician and astrologer were born in 1503 in Saint Remy, of a Jewish family.

He studied medicine in Montpellier and later lived in Agen where he married.

A few years later, he lost his wife and two children that he had bred by her. To dispel his melancholy, he visited Guinea, and he Languedoc, traveled through Italy after 12 years of absence, returned to his homeland contracting new marriages and stabilizing his residence in Salón.

His triumphs in Aix and in Lyon Dante, an epidemic that he fought with secret remedies, attracted the enviousness of other doctors, achieving these to disturb him so much, that finally, he decided to expatriate, to crush with society and living in retirement.

Then he began to write his famous almanacs and soon he composed his extraordinary prophecies, in the form of quatrains of which he published 7 centuries in Lyon, in 1555.

They attained incredible success and then Nostradamus exhorted by this first smile of public fortune successively three new centuries dedicated to Henry II, and Catherine de Medicis, to whom he went to present them personally.

He was greeted by the court with marked signs of recognition, he lived happily than to get the horoscope of the princes, agreed to it, and wanted to reveal what they consisted of, looking but very satisfied with them and always protesting that he had been correct in his predictions.

Nostradamus hurried back to Salon before Henry II's death, which they say he had predicted, as well as the rebellions that followed.

He still lived some years in Salon and had the honor of receiving the visit of some sovereigns, among others Carlos IX.

He died in 1566.

Paracelso

Famous physician born in Zurich in 1493.

He passed as a reformer of medicine and tried to choke the center from Hippocrates and Galeno, whose principles and methods he liked to criticize.

He owed the discovery of opium and mercury whose use he taught.

In Paracelsus, the hero of those who believes in the philosopher's stone attribute to him the advantage of having owned it, relying on his authority.

They said that he had a familiar demon closed in the hilt of his sword, he asserted that God had revealed to him the secret of making gold, and praised himself of power already through the philosopher's stone, already by its remedies, preserve the lives of men for many years.

He died at the age of 48 in 1541 in Salzburg.
