Gender Psychology: How It Affects Love

The unique natural traits of Man and Woman go on to affect their psychological make-up. This happens in diverse ways. Their natural traits affect their line of actions differently when faced with challenges and more especially in **LOVE**. **Psychological Make-up Of Humans** The psychological make up of human beings simply talks about the elements which help to motivate the actions and reactions of human beings. It is one of the components of the human factors. It plays an important role in the day to day interactions between man and his kind. Its study is called **Ergonomics** (*the study of the interactions of mankind*) These psychological make-up is examined in two aspects; 1.the physical aspects 2. the behavioural aspects. **The Physical Aspect** The physical aspect talks about the motivations of the actions and reactions of humans with respect to their response to the stimulus of their sense organs (eyes,nose,skin, tongue etc). These natural human sense organs goes along way to affect the way we act, react or respond to our external environment and also to our fellow human beings. The skin picks up senses of touch and feelings and influences the response of the person being touched. The eyes pick up images and signals and influences the response of the person who see these images making him or her act according to what they saw. The list of the influences that come as a result of these are actually endless. **The Behavioural Aspect** The behavioural aspect is actually dependent on so many factors like culture, family background, gender etc. Culture for an instance, influences the psychological make-up of a human being. It does this by influencing the behaviour of a person according to the culture he or she was born into. Culture as we know differs across the globe which means that a thing according to a certain culture might have a different meaning in another culture. All these things come into play when we act ,react and respond to our fellow human beings. For example,a hand sign of a thumbs up which has a positive meaning of encouragement according to most cultures might also mean a kind of hand gesticulation in another culture when someone is making a speech. Other things like greetings, names, etc goes along way to differ across cultures. But then, there's an interesting aspect which generally influences the psychological make-up of human beings. This is simply the **GENDER** aspect. This aspect influences the behaviours of Man and Woman with respect to their unique psychological make-up. The gender aspect generalizes this both in the physical sensing and behaviour of human beings. **In Man** In Man,the psychological make-up is a product of his natural traits (sex drive,energy, strength etc) and his body anatomy (muscular body,tough skin and sexual organ). All these portray a picture of Man as a being which is laddened with excess power,force and energy.

This is why men can be called "Natural Givers" because all they do is expend,give, exercise these excess physical quantities that is laddened inside them(This is their natural psychological tendency). They expend or exercise these excess in the form of academics pursuits, tedious work, combat, authority, politics and more especially in **LOVE**

This is evidently seen in the family where the men can do anything to sustain his family even if it means to die.

You can also see this in love relationships where men who truly love their partners are always ready to give, sacrifice and pour out themselves in the form of emotions,gifts and every other available means even at the expense of their own lives. They also show this in fidelity although they're polygamous in nature. But then,this also explains their polygamous nature (apart from the fact that they're attracted to what they see)because they tend to go around giving love and care to whomever without minding the consequences (That's foolish though). This explains the simple fact that men are more **LIBERAL** than conservative and they show this in everything. **In Sex** This is evidently seen in sex (thanks to the adaptation of their sexual organ,the *penis*) .

All these portray a woman as a being which deserves care,love and protection ( Little wonder she needs a man).

Finding love and affection seems to be the ultimate yearning of most women. This does not in anyway negate the goal-driven nature of some women. **In Love** The woman in love is actually receptive. She depends on the man for affections,care,love and protection. This is why they are " Natural Recievers". This is their natural psychological tendency. They recieve and create something out of what is being recieved that is to say, multiplying it. They can also be called the multipliers of love. This is what makes them very **CONSERVATIVE** than liberal. This is because when they recieve,they hold on to what they recieve and then create something out of it (Productivity requires that you have to conserve what you recieved) **In Sex** The receptive nature of women is also evidently seen in sex. The adaptation of their sex organ, the vagina requires that they have to recieve a penis for sex to happen. Their ovaries are also left with the responsibility of recieving a sperm for fertilization. They recieve all these and then multiply it by producing a child.
