Signalling what would be a great hour of shooting The first bolt from last night was easily my favourite.

We arrived early to watch this small storm build up and move out at sea, hoping we would see something drop. A few internal flashes told us we were on. Then, just as the last light of sunset was producing some nice pink colour on the cloud tops, it threw out this fantastic cloud to ground strike, signalling what would be a great hour of shooting.
