Snack time

My favorite cake "Vanilla Cake". A crazy moist vanilla cake frosted with creamy vanilla buttercream icing combine. So moist and buttery and so easy to make. Much more moist than traditional sponge cakes, way better texture than typical butter cakes. No cake that starts with the usual “beat butter and sugar ” will ever come close to this one even if it uses sour cream, cake flour, buttermilk and other usual “secret ingredients” that promises a soft crumb.
