I was not expecting this, and I am so mad right now. 💔 I don’t know why it always happened with me, Why people told me everything at a last minute. I was not prepared for the exam and my teacher just send me a text that you have exam in the morning. I literally text her on Friday to ask her about the exam and she replied me now and says you have an exam tomorrow. Don’t know where to start and how to prepare in a very short time.

Just Got free from Doctor appointment, She did ECG, and collect my blood samples for thyroid Testing. Get report of ECG and my heart breath rate is not normal it exceeds above 100, That’s not a good Sign may be because these I am working a lot and becomes anxious.

My last night went out disastrous, 💔 I can’t sleep peacefully the whole night because of severe pain on the left side of my Chest. In the Morning I went to university, at first I was not okay but I have some important work there later got an appointment from the Doctor. Now, I am feeling much better Alhumdulillah
